Terms of service.
The rules for our website, quote requests and text messages, in plain language.
Effective October 25, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to procurement.afterburnersystems.com, our contact and trade-partner forms, our subcontract quote pages, and our text messaging program, all operated by Afterburner Systems L.L.C., an Arizona limited liability company doing business as Afterburner Procurement. By using them you agree to these terms.
Quote requests are not offers of work
We prepare offers as prime contractor on public government solicitations. A quote request is an invitation to price work, not a promise of a subcontract. Any subcontract depends on our offer winning the award and on a separate written agreement. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with one.
Information you submit
You confirm that what you submit (prices, licenses, insurance, certifications, documents) is accurate and that you’re authorized to submit it. Self-reported qualifications are verified before any subcontract.
SMS text messaging terms
Program: Afterburner Procurement subcontractor notifications: replies to your request, subcontract quote requests near you, reminders before quotes are due, and questions, confirmations and updates about quotes you submit. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Frequency: Up to 6 messages per quote request. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Help: reply HELP, call (972) 639-6019, or email afterburnersystems@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent is not a condition of service. You can join our trade network, receive quote requests by email and submit quotes without agreeing to texts.
Calls
If you separately agree on a quote form, an automated assistant may call you with a reminder before a quote is due. Say “stop calling” or email us to end calls at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse our forms (spam, false submissions, malicious files) or try to reach pages not meant for you. Quote links are unique to your company; please don’t share them.
Disclaimers and liability
Our website and pages are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Afterburner isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Solicitation documents come from the government; the official notice on SAM.gov is the controlling version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
